Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

• Only non-customized products are eligible for return or exchange.
• Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
• Returns and exchanges must include the original invoice and order number.

Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receiving the product.
• To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team for further assistance.

Refund Policy

• Refunds are available for non-customized products returned within 15 days from the delivery date.
• Products must be returned in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.
• Refunds will be processed as soon as possible upon receiving the returned items in acceptable condition. Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the product delivered was defective or incorrect.

Shipping Costs and Responsibilities

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and assume the risk of loss or damage during transit.
• If the return is due to an incorrect or defective product, Emballage EDR will cover shipping costs, provided the return is made through a courier service with guaranteed protection against loss or damage.

Return Processing

• Once we receive and inspect the returned product, any applicable refund will be credited to your account, excluding shipping fees, as long as the item is in its original condition

General Conditions

• Emballage EDR reserves the right to update the pricing and availability of products at any time without prior notice.
• Refunds or exchanges may only be processed if the product was returned in the same condition as when delivered.
