  • Exchanges: Non-customized products can be exchanged within 30 days of receipt.
  • Refunds: Refunds for non-customized products are available within 15 days of delivery, provided items are returned in their original condition and packaging.

  • Inventory: Product availability is not guaranteed. If a product is unavailable, Emballage EDR Inc. will issue a refund for the amount charged
  • Liability: Emballage EDR Inc. is not liable for damages resulting from product unavailability

2.6 Delivery Policy 

  • Delivery Area: Emballage EDR Inc. delivers within Canada and the United States, excluding Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Hawaii.
  • Shipping Fees: Fees vary based on weight, volume, destination, and delivery method. These are displayed before order confirmation.
  • Delivery Timeline: Delivery times depend on the destination and chosen method:
    • Quebec/Ontario: 4-7 business days
    • Maritimes: 5-7 business days
    • Western Canada: 7-10 business days
    • Territories: 10-20 business days
    • United States: 8-12 business days
  • Ownership Transfer: Ownership of products transfers to the customer upon shipment. Emballage EDR Inc. is not responsible for loss or damage after this point.
